Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one email account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
